Mondav I expressed my concern about the <br /> ea,isting sewerage line and the ability of it to accommodate 33 more units as <br /> presently proposed by the .SCLC projected "Cabernet Homes" addition. <br /> I have been here since this property on Del Rio Drive was first developed in <br /> 1952. The manhole cover for the line is located in the back yard of this <br /> property keeping me unusually aware of our local sewer system! <br /> A few years ago when the Juplexes were developed north of the property in <br /> question and the sewer line connected to ours we began having occasional <br /> problems. I have been aware of every visit the Sewer Workers have had to <br /> make which required access to our man hole cover. I have even had to call the <br /> Department on several occasions. Experiences over the vears have enabled me <br /> to say. "Some of my best friends are Sewer Workers, we meet day and night!". <br /> It is not presently a serious problem. but I fear it has the potential of becoming <br /> a constant problem once a 33 unit sewer system is added to the existing <br /> system. <br /> This is the nature of my concern should this projected inappropriate, high <br /> density habitation be dded 6o our neighborhood. <br /> The Abbot MacDonough Roshi.
