POCK LANE (APN 179-120-08) (PA-0300597 SA) <br /> The City of Stockton Public Works Department has reviewed the subject application and offers <br /> the following comments: <br /> 1 . Should the San Joaquin County require this development be served by City of Stockton <br /> Sewer lines and/or treatment facilities, and if the site's land use is consistent with the <br /> City's General Plan, the property owner shall be required to apply for a City of Stockton <br /> Outside Sewer connection and shall be required to annex to the City of Stockton, or sign <br /> a deferred annexation agreement if the property is not deemed contiguous to the City, <br /> and pay the applicable fees. <br /> 2. The subject parcel lies within the boundary of the South Stockton Community Facilities <br /> District 90-1 (Sewer District) and is not currently annexed. As a condition of receiving <br /> City of Stockton sewer service, the property owner must annex to the District (sign the <br /> CFD 90-1 MOU)and pay the District annexation fee (currently$8,669.82/acre based on <br /> the acreage as determined by the legal map size) prior to building permit issuance. <br /> Please contact Dennis Merkel in the City of Stockton Permit Center at (209) 937-8546 <br /> for further details. <br /> 3. The owner/developer should dedicate and improve Pock Lane within the limits of the <br /> project as needed to provide for a 72' street section (36' half section).
