BUILDING PERMIT: Submit an "APPLICATION-GRADING BUILDING PERMIT'. <br /> The Site Plan required as a part of the grading building permit must show drainage, <br /> driveway access details including gates, on-site parking, landscaping, signs, <br /> existing and proposed utility services, and grading (refer to the "SITE PLAN CHECK <br /> LIST'for details). A fee is required for the Site Plan review. <br /> b. APPROVED USE: This approval is for a commercial stable with a maximum of <br /> twenty (20) horses as shown on the Plan dated April 22, 2004 (Use Type: Stable- <br /> Commercial). The following existing buildings shall be included in the project: <br /> 1.) One 600 square foot shop. <br /> 2.) Four buildings used for a total of 18 horse stalls totaling 2,916 square feet. <br /> 3.) Two buildings used for tack shops totaling 696 square feet. <br /> 4.) Two buildings use for hay/feed storage totaling 816 square feet. <br /> 5.) Three horse arenas, each having a 50 foot diameter. <br /> 6.) One 432 square foot office. <br /> c. COMPLIANCE DATE: Because this development is currently operating without the <br /> required permits, the following time frame shall apply: <br /> 1.) The applicant shall submit Grading Permit plans within sixty (60) days from the <br /> date of approval. <br /> 2.) The applicant shall obtain a Grading Permit within ninety (90) days from the <br /> date of approval. <br /> 3.) The applicant shall complete all conditions of approval within one hundred <br /> eighty (180) days from the date of approval. <br /> d. END OF USE: Within five (5) years from the effective date of a Zone <br /> Reclassification that changes the zoning from AU-20 to a zone that does not permit <br /> the approved use, the approved use shall either be terminated or changed to a use <br /> that is consistent with the new zone, unless the permit is extended by the granting <br /> authority. <br /> 4 <br />
