office. The samples were taken from 8100 N. Podesta Lane, Linden, CA 95236.
The sample containers were filled with water from the faucet, the samples were
only handled by Mike Toy of Dillon & Murphy, and placed in a controlled
environment and transported to Precision Environ-Tech Analytical Laboratory. Its
from the test can be found in the Appendix. The results did not yield any reason (4/4)
for concern regarding ground water in the area. It is believed that there are no
issues regarding any groundwater contamination.
VIII. CONCLUSION
Based on the results of the percolation tests and the soil profile, it is Dillon &
Murphy's opinion that the existing homesites resulting from the proposed parcel
split of the subject property are suited for a typical on-site sewage disposal system.
The proposed system however, should be properly designed and installed
according to the current San Joaquin County criteria.
Based on the depth to ground water in the area, and the size of the proposed
parcels, it is our opinion that the installation of any new proposed septic system, if
properly installed, should not adversely affect the quality of ground water in the
area.
IX. LIMITATIONS
The conclusions of this report are based on the information provided
regarding the proposed development, the use of the subject property, and the site
conditions as they existed at the time we excavated our test holes and performed
the percolation tests. It was assumed that the test hole and percolation tests
results are representative of the subsurface conditions in the general area.
Our services were performed, our findings obtained and our conclusions
proposed in accordance with generally accepted engineering principles and
practices.
