SA-01-08 OF PODESTA <br /> PACKING, LLC (C/O ROLAND CONSTRUCTION CO.) (8100 N. <br /> PODESTA LANE, LINDEN) (APN: 091-350-26) <br /> The applicant is proposing an addition to an existing agricultural packing facility in two <br /> phases. Phase one will consist of constructing a 4,731 square foot cold storage building <br /> and a 714 square foot machinery room. Phase two will consist of constructing an <br /> additional 4,731 square foot cold storage building and will be completed four and one <br /> half (4 1/2) years after Phase one is completed. <br /> The site is located on the east side of Podesta Lane (private road), 1.5 miles north of <br /> State Route 26, which is one (1) mile east of Fine Road, Linden. <br /> The Community Development Department has reviewed the Site Approval application <br /> and responses from other agencies and will be recommending approval subject to the <br /> following Conditions of Approval: <br /> Site Approval Application No. SA-01-08 was approved by the Community <br /> Development Department on . The effective date of approval is . This approval will <br /> expire on , which is 18 months from the effective date of approval, unless (1) all <br /> Conditions of Approval have been complied with, (2) all necessary building permits <br /> have been issued and remain in force, and (3) all necessary permits from other <br /> agencies have been issued and remain in force. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval and ordinance requirements <br /> shall be fulfilled prior to the establishment of the use and the issuance of any <br /> building permits.
