Applicant shall obtain written approval for sewage treatment system from the California <br /> Regional Water Quality Control Board (Water Code, Article 5, Section 13280). <br /> E. Construction of a commercial Engineered/Alternative sewage-disposal-system(s) under <br /> permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division is required at the time of <br /> development (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). A <br /> construction permit fee of$890 is due at time of submittal. <br /> F. Environmental Health Division will require the packaged treatment system to be under an <br /> annual operating permit with Environmental Health Division which is currently a$450.00 <br /> annual operating fee (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2). <br /> G. Environmental Health Division will require a certified operator for the overall operation of <br /> the wastewater treatment plant (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.5). <br /> H. State on revised site plans the maximum number of parishioners and visitors the sewage <br /> disposal system is being designed for. In addition, show on revised plans that the leach field <br /> area will be barricaded so it cannot be driven over, parked on, or used as a storage area. This <br /> leach field area must be used for that specific purpose only, and it cannot contain any <br /> underground utility lines (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.4(c)(5)). <br /> I. Connection to an approved public water supply system as required by Section 9-1120.2 of the <br /> San Joaquin County Development Title. <br /> • A letter from the water supplier will be required stating that they have the capacity to <br /> serve the development and that the system meets State standards prior to recording the <br /> final map. (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1100.3). <br />
