Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. A soil suitability study/nitrate loading study including parishoner and employees indicating <br /> that the area is suitable for septic tank usage must be performed prior to issuance of building <br /> permits as required by Section 9-1105.2(d) of the San Joaquin County Development Title. A <br /> nitrate loading study is required and a review fee of$ 435.00 must be paid at time of <br /> submittal to Environmental Health Division. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of <br /> septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal <br /> system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$87.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> B. Destroy the abandoned well(s) under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division is required prior to issuance of building permits (San Joaquin County Development <br /> Title, Section 9-1115.5(e)). <br /> C. Connection to an approved public water supply system as required by Section 9-1120.2 of the <br /> San Joaquin County Development Title. A letter from the water supplier will be required <br /> stating that they have the capacity to serve the development and that the system meets State <br /> standards prior to issuance of building permits (San Joaquin County Development Title, <br /> Section 9-1100.3). <br /> D. Construction of individual sewage disposal system(s) under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division is required at the time of development based on the findings <br /> of the nitrate loading study (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9- <br /> 1110.4). <br /> O <br /> Page 1 of 2 <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services <br />
