The area to the south and west of the site is primarily agricultural and the area <br /> north and east is primarily residential. The property is presently fallow agricultural property <br /> presently used to store agricultural equipment. Bounding the property to the east is French Camp <br /> v Road, to the north Ponderosa Road, to the west and south agricultural land. <br /> The following interviews were conducted with available persons who live or work near <br /> the subject property and/or have knowledge of septic system and water well performance. The record search located one(1) septic <br /> permit near the subject site. Paper copies of the permit is presented in the appendix.
