(1) A minimum ten (10) foot wide landscaped strip, respecting the ultimate right-of- <br /> way width of Prescott Road, shall be installed across the frontage of the project <br /> site. (Development Title Section 9-1020.8) <br /> (2) All areas not used for buildings, parking, driveways, walkways, approved <br /> outdoor storage areas, or other permanent facilities shall be landscaped. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1020.8) <br /> (3) Areas of the property which are not part of the project shall be barricaded from <br /> traffic and kept mowed and dust free. <br /> (4) The parking area shall be landscaped as specified in Section 9-1020.5 of the <br /> Development Title ThP narking area chnll ha nmvirlari with a minimuum of <br /> five percent (5%) of landscaping within the perimeter of the parking area, not <br /> including landscaping along the street frontage. Five trees shall be planted, <br /> evenly spaced throughout the parking lot. (Development title Section 9- <br /> 1020.5) <br /> f. LOADING: One truck loading space shall be provided. Each space shall be a <br /> minimum of 25 feet in length and 15 feet in width, and shall have a minimum height <br /> clearance of 14 feet. On-site driveways and maneuvering areas may be used in <br /> lieu of one of the loading spaces as long as maneuvering areas for delivery vehicles <br /> are provided. ACCESS AND CIRCULATION: The following requirements apply and shall be <br /> shown on the Site Plan: <br /> (1) Access driveways shall have a width of no less than twenty-five (25) feet for <br /> two-way aisles and sixteen (16) feet for one-way aisles, except that in no case <br /> shall driveways designated as fire department access be less than twenty (20) <br /> feet wide. LIGHTING: Lighting shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) If the parking area is to be used at night, parking lot and security lighting shall <br /> be installed. No <br /> spillover beyond the property lines shall be permitted except onto public <br /> thoroughfares, provided, however, that such light shall not cause a hazard to <br /> motorists.
