Uniform Fire Code (85 edition) NFPA Standars & Sprinkler <br /> Ordinance where required. <br /> 3- Should the approval of this application provide for additional <br /> buildings to be provided or added to the site, the owner/developer <br /> shall be required to meet and discuss the impacts of such to the Fire <br /> District. The Board of Directors have determined that this Fire District <br /> is over extended and that revenue available to the District is inadequate to <br /> meet the costs of financing additional facilities to support fire prevention, <br /> fire protection, emergency medical support and related services to new <br /> developments or single applications that may impact current staffing, <br /> and equipment within the Manteca-Lathrop Fire District area of <br /> responsibility.
