Locate the proposed sewage disposal area in an undeveloped <br /> barricaded area . It cannot be in a flood irrigated orchard . <br /> C . If the proposed shop is classified to require floor drains , <br /> an oil/sand separator and an above-ground lined evaporation <br /> pond , designed by an engineer , will be required . <br /> d . The proposed storage tank farm, wash pad , and recycling area <br /> must be approved by the Regional Water Quality Control Board <br /> if the Use Permit is approved. <br /> e . There can be no discharge of any industrial or liquid waste <br /> into any storm pond or into the orchard . <br /> f . If there is to be bagging or packaging of any products , <br /> clearance from the Air Pollution Control District would be <br /> required. <br /> g . If hazardous waste is generated, you will be required to <br /> obtain an EPA number and comply with all Federal , State, and <br /> local laws . <br /> 4 . Air Pollution Control District : <br /> a . Dust control practices , such as watering the site, <br /> surrounding the work site with wind breakers , cleaning <br /> vehicles leaving the work site, and other means as specified <br /> by the Air Pollution Control District, shall be implemented. <br /> b. The applicant shall take pertinent preventive measures , such <br /> as covering trucks , paving heavily used, unpaved areas , <br /> sweeping/vacuuming paved areas , use of vegetative cover where <br /> paving is not feasible , etc . <br /> C . All lawn, garden and agriculture chemicals shall be kept in <br /> sealed containers and in a well protected storage area , away <br /> from all potential hazards . <br /> d. All vehicles delivering or distributing hazardous materials <br /> shall do so only in gas-tight containers . <br /> e. Non-hazardous materials shall be transported only in closed <br /> containers and/or covered trucks . <br /> 5 . Manteca-Lathrop Rural County Fire Protection District: <br /> a .
