Discharge of <br /> processed water will not be allowed into the storm drain system. <br /> g. The driveway shall be improved in accordance with the requirements of Uniform Fire <br /> Code Section 10.207, San Joaquin County Standards F-1 a, F-1 b, and F-1 c, and the <br /> French Camp-McKinley Fire District prior to issuance of the building permit. (San Joaquin <br /> County Ordinance No. 3622) <br /> 3. OFFICE OF EMERGENCY SERVICES: <br /> a. The applicant shall revise and update the site's Hazardous Materials Management Plan <br /> within 30 days from the time the approved chemicals are handled or stored on the <br /> property. <br /> 4. AIR POLLUTION CONTROL DISTRICT: <br /> a. The applicant shall implement the District's fugitive dust control practices during grading <br /> and construction on the site. <br /> b. The applicant shall apply for an Authority to Construct and a Permit to Operate. It shall <br /> be the responsibility of the applicant to be in compliance with the District's Rules and <br /> Regulations prior to the commencement of construction and the initiation of the use. <br /> C. The applicant shall maintain adequate record keeping of mitigation measures for use by <br /> District staff in making scheduled or unscheduled inspections. <br /> d. The applicant shall notify the District in writing with respect to the actual date of <br /> construction/grading one week prior to said activities. The applicant shall use File No. <br /> SA-92-25 in the communication to the District and under the attention of the planning <br /> section. <br /> 5. FRENCH CAMP FIRE DISTRICT: <br /> a. The storage of flammable and combustible liquids (diesel, fuel, bulk oil) and other <br /> flammable and combustible liquids shall be according to Uniform Fire Code Article 79, <br /> National Fire Protection Association standards, and the Uniform Building Code. <br /> b. The approved liquid fertilizer storage facility shall be built per Uniform Fire Code Articles <br /> 79 and 80,the National Fire Protection Association,the Uniform Building Code, and other <br /> applicable codes. <br /> C. Either a public or private fire fighting water system shall be provided and built according <br /> to the Uniform Fire Code, National Fire Protection Association standards, and other <br /> applicable codes. <br />
