The bulk storage ares are not contained. <br /> 2. Chemicals litter South Priest Road several times a year. <br /> 3. Standing water is covered with chemical slicks both on the side of <br /> South Priest Road and the application site. <br /> 4. There is no retaining wall around the site, only cyclone fencing. <br /> 5. The holding pond is dirt and not lined with any material. <br /> The original use permit was approved for bagged fertilizer only, not <br /> for liquid fertilizer or bulk storage of-chemicals.
