Unless otherwise specified, the approved use shall <br /> continue to be subject to the Conditions of Approval of <br /> Use Permit Application No. UP-80-9 . <br /> 3 . One (1) additional automobile parking spaces shall be <br /> required for the employees associated with the approved <br /> expansion. The parking space shall be paved and <br /> permanently maintained with concrete or asphalt concrete, <br /> be sized consistently with Section 9-3702 of the Planning <br /> Title, and be shown on the Improvement Plan. Bumper <br /> guards shall be provided where necessary to protect <br /> adjacent structures or properties. <br /> 4 . An Improvement Plan, prepared by a Registered Civil <br /> Engineer, showing details of the pad and containment <br /> facilities for the approved use, the additional parking <br /> space, and drainage details shall be submitted for <br /> approval. <br /> 5 . One (1) copy of the Improvement Plan shall be submitted <br /> to the Development Services Division for distribution to <br /> the involved County departments. A Plan Check fee will <br /> be required. <br /> 6 . The applicant shall secure an approved Business License <br /> prior to the initiation of the use. (Section 7-1000 of <br /> the County Ordinance Code) <br /> 7 . No new signs shall be permitted as a part of this <br /> approval. <br /> 8 . All construction and improvements shall conform to the <br /> approved Site Plan and the Improvement Plan. <br />
