COMMENTS ON DEVELOPMENTS <br /> SA-92-25 <br /> 4 . The frontage improvement for Priest Road shall be constructed <br /> in conformance with the standards for one-half of a 50-foot <br /> right-of-way industrial street. The construction of the <br /> frontage improvements will be deferred upon execution by the <br /> owner of a Deferred Frontage and Roadway Improvement Agreement <br /> or a Secured Deferred Frontage and Roadway Improvement <br /> Agreement with a deposit equivalent to their estimated <br /> construction costs prior to approval of the Improvement Plan. <br /> (A $250. 00 fee currently is required for processing per <br /> Planning Title Section 9-10502 in addition to a copy of the <br /> Grant Deed and an estimate for the required frontage <br /> improvements. The estimate and legal description shall be <br /> prepared by a Registered Civil Engineer with a typical section <br /> drawing on a form to be supplied by the Public Works Department <br /> and submitted to the Public Works Department for approval. As <br /> an option the Department of Public Works will prepare the <br /> drawing and estimate for an additional fee of $100 . 00. ) <br /> (Planning Title Section 9-2143) <br /> 5 . The Water Supply Facilities Impact Mitigation Fee will be <br /> required for this development. The fee is due and payable at <br /> the time of building permit application. (The fee currently <br /> is $88 . 89 per 1, 000 gross square foot of building as <br /> "Warehouse" or "Manufacturing" . If there is no building permit <br /> required, the fee will be exempt. The fee shall be <br /> automatically increased on January 1 of each year at the rate <br /> of 6 . 9 percent. An additional 3 . 5 percent shall be added to <br /> the fee upon payment for processing and administering the <br /> program. (Resolution R-91-327) <br /> 6 . A National Pollution Discharge Elimination System permit will <br /> be required.
