The existing private water wells shall be tested for the <br /> chemical arsenic and nitrates prior to recordation of the <br /> Parcel Map. Samples are to be taken and run by a State- <br /> approved lab. <br /> C. On Parcel Nos. 1 and 2 construct an individual sewage <br /> disposal system(s) under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division at the time of development. <br /> d. On Parcel Nos 1 an d2 , construct an individual domestic <br /> water well under a well permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division at the time of development. <br /> e. The irrigation well on Parcel No. 3 shall be repaired <br /> under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division as follows: <br /> Eliminate the cross connection by providing an air <br /> gap that is twice the diameter of the outlet pipe, <br /> between the outlet pipe and the stand pipe, or <br /> install an approved backflow prevention device. <br /> f. On either the revised plans or the improvement plan, show <br /> the correct location of the disposal fields. The <br /> drawings on the tentative map are incorrect. <br /> 2 . BUILDING INSPECTION DIVISION: <br /> a. Fire apparatus access roads shall be required for new <br /> development constructed when any portion of an exterior <br /> wall of the first story is located more than 150 feet <br /> from the public access road. This road shall be <br /> constructed to meet or exceed standards published in <br /> Public Work design standards (Section 10. 203 UFC) . The <br /> access road must be fully improved to these standards <br /> prior to any final inspections. <br /> 3 . DEPARTMENT OF AVIATION: <br /> a. The applicant shall grant a Deed of Aviation and Hazard <br /> Easement to the County. <br /> NOTE: A copy of the Department' s letter in response to <br /> the application referral is attached for your <br /> review. <br />
