CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> MS-92-63 <br /> REESE AND LOIS GEORGE <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval shall be <br /> complied with prior to the approval of the Parcel Map. <br /> Those Conditions followed by a Section Number or other Statutory <br /> Requirement are based on Ordinance Requirements. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required when <br /> parcels are developed. The fee is due and payable at the <br /> time of building permit application. (The fee currently <br /> is $2 , 729 . 00 per single family dwelling unit in the <br /> Stockton area. The fee will be $2 , 813 . 00 per single <br /> family dwelling unit in the Stockton area effective <br /> February 17 , 1992 . The Water Supply Facilities Impact Mitigation Fee will be <br /> required when parcels are developed. The fee is due and <br /> payable at the time of building permit application. The fee shall be automatically increased <br /> on January 1 of each year at the rate of 6. 9 percent. Dedication to result in a 25-foot wide right-of-way from <br /> the centerline of Priest Road to the property line shall <br /> be required across the frontage of APN 193-220-30. <br /> (Planning Title Section 9-9430, 9-9431) <br /> e. The owner shall execute an Irrevocable Offer to Dedicate <br /> a twenty-five foot (251 ) wide right-of-way along the <br /> northerly property line of APN 193-220-30, with one-half <br /> of a fifty foot (501 ) radius cul-de-sac at its west end. <br /> (A $200. 00 fee currently is required for processing per <br /> Planning Title Section 9-10502 in addition to a copy of <br /> the Grant Deed and a legal description of the parcel to <br />
