The property is located at 9525 Priest Road in <br /> French Camp, San Joaquin County, California. A plot plan and <br /> vicinity map showing the approximate location of the property are <br /> presented on Plate I of this report. <br /> A preliminary plan provided to our firm indicates that the <br /> approximate 5-acre property will be split into two approximate 1- <br /> 1/2-acre parcels and one approximate 2-acre parcel. An existing <br /> house, mobile home, barn, two septic systems, and two wells are <br /> located on the proposed parcel 3 and will remain. We have assumed <br /> that any construction on the proposed parcels 1 and 2 will be <br /> limited to one single-family residence and one septic system on <br /> each of the two parcels. Additional details of the project are not <br /> known to our firm at this time. <br /> This report is to satisfy San Joaquin County requirements as <br /> described in Ordinance No. 3323 , Division 10, Chapter 2 , Section 9- <br /> 10100 , Item C. Our scope of services was outlined in our proposal <br /> dated February 20, 1992 . Our services were initiated based on your <br /> written authorization of February 22 , 1992 .
