V Raymond, am financially responsible for and will complete the following prior to <br /> the issuance of an occupancy permit to University Public Schools: <br /> 1. Contract with an engineer to do the water flow calculations for the existing retail <br /> building and residence one the north side of the property. <br /> 2. Record on a site map to be submitted to the Department of Environmental health <br /> adequate space for a 100% reserve area to install future leech fields. All necessary <br /> corrections for the septic system for these buildings on the site, not including the <br /> school building, wlll be my financial responsibility, and I am committed to making any <br /> necessary improvements. <br /> It is my understanding that University Public Schools is responsible for the water and <br /> septic issues related to the school building and that portion of the site.
