The subject parcel contains a restaurant, an old ghost town and <br /> a dance hall/lounge. <br /> F1 <br /> 1.2 Description of proposed development: The purpose of this project is to rezone <br /> the subject parcel from RIR (Rural Residential) to Commercial and also apply for a <br /> F! When the parcel is developed as a commercial project, a septic <br /> system will be required and built based on the San Joaquin County requirements. The existing <br /> facility operates with a septic system. <br /> Fj` 3.2 Site Septic Permit History: Research for on-site septic permits is included in the appendix. 6 T) <br /> 3.3 Discussion of on-site septic repair history: As shown in the Appendix, there are numerous <br /> permits for general repairs/additions to the commercial septic system.
