State Route 99 East Frontage Road APN: 086-070-34 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated Flood Hazard Area. <br /> North State Route East Frontage Road has an existing right-of-way width of 52.5 feet and a planned right-of-way <br /> width of 52.5 feet. <br /> REQUIREMENTS: <br /> The applicant shall complete the following requirements before the Department of Public Works can support or deem <br /> complete the Site.Plan for this project: <br /> 1. A feasibility study shall be prepared to determine the capacity of the existing public water system to serve this <br /> project. The feasibility study shall consider construction of that portion of the North Morada Water Master Plan <br /> within the limits.of this project and/or the possible revision of the Master Plan <br /> 2. A feasibility study shall be prepared to determine the capacity of the existing drainage system and the ability of <br /> this project to comply with the requirements of the North Morada Stormwater Master Plan. The feasibility study <br /> shall consider construction of that portion of the Master Plan within the limits of this project and/or the possible <br /> revision of the Master Plan. <br />
