An encroachment permit shall be required for work within road right-of-way. <br /> (Development Title Sections 9-1145.4 and 9-1145.5) <br /> 2. The driveway approach shall be improved in accordance with the requirements of San Joaquin County <br /> Standards R-17 prior to issuance of the occupancy permit. (Development Title Section 9-1145.5) <br /> 3. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due and payable at the <br /> time of building permit application. The fee currently is $223.44 per additional daily trip-end generated in <br /> the Stockton area. The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of each year by the Engineering <br /> Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News Record. (Resolution R-00-433) <br /> E <br /> s <br /> 4. The Regional Traffic Impact Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due and payable at the <br /> time of building permit application. .The fee currently is $830.00 per 1000 gross square foot of building. <br /> The fee is based on the current schedule. (Resolution R-06-38) <br /> 5. The Water Supply Facilities Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due <br /> and payable prior to issuance of the building permit. The fee currently is $260.00 per 1,000 gross square <br /> foot of building designated as warehouse. The fee shall be automatically increased on January 1 of each <br /> year through the year 2015 at the rate of 4.55 percent. (Development Title Section 9-818.4 and Resolutions <br /> R-91-327,R-94-185 and R-97-5) <br /> 6. A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to release of building permit. <br /> 7. The project shall be served by a public water system conforming to the requirements of the San Joaquin <br /> County Public Health Services Environmental Services Division and the Department of Public Works. <br /> Service shall be provided by County Service Area No. 46. (Development Title Section 9-1120.2) <br /> S. A terminal drainage system shall be provided to meet the requirements of the County and to provide <br /> adequate drainage for this project. Service shall be provided by County Service Area No. 46. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1135.2) <br /> 9. Verification shall be obtained from the Solid Waste Division (468-3066) that this development has met the <br /> requirements of the Waste Plan Format for Development Projects. Final Site Plan is required upon <br /> submittal of verification. <br /> 10. The proposed project is classified as a Priority Project in the County Phase I National Pollutant Discharge <br /> Elimination Permit and must comply with the County Water Quality Control Criteria Plan by filtering, <br /> treating or infiltrating the 85`"percentile storm. <br /> 11. Dischargers whose projects disturb 1 or more acres of soil or whose projects disturb less than 1 acre but are <br /> part of a larger common plan of development that in total disturbs 1 or more acres, are required to obtain <br /> coverage under the General Permit for Discharges of Storm Water Associated with Construction Activity <br /> (Construction_General Permit, 99-08-DWQ). Construction activity subject to this permit includes clearing, <br /> grading and disturbances to the ground such as stockpiling, or excavation, but does not include regular <br /> maintenance activities performed to restore the original line, grade, or capacity of the facility. <br />
