Construction sites that result in soil disturbance of one acre or greater will require the preparation and <br /> implementation of a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) meeting the requirements of the <br /> State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB) Order No. 99-08-DWQ, Waste Discharge Requirements <br /> (WDRs) for Discharges of Stormwater Runoff Associated with Construction Activity(General Permit). <br /> 13. Recreational vehicle (RV)/car wash shall include equipment to recycle 75% of water. Furthermore, no <br /> RV/car wash drainage shall be allowed to storm water system. <br /> i <br /> 14. The site shall be designed to contain the storm water runoff on site and to prevent offsite sediment <br /> transport. <br /> 15. A San Joaquin County Stormwater Discharge Permit shall be required for this project. <br /> 16. Annexation of the development into County Service Area (CSA) 46 for Storm Drainage and Public Water <br /> shall be required. Applicant shall pay all applicable fees to process the annexation priorlo finalization of <br /> r <br /> the Site Approval. <br /> 17. The proposed project is located within the boundaries of Area of Benefit No. 9. Therefore, the Applicant <br /> shall be required to comply with the Board of Supervisors approved Resolution R-88-342, Agreement <br /> A-90-1351 and Ordinance No. 3548.
