Other Requirements may also apply. These Requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. This facility has experienced many septic system(s) failures over the years. Environmental <br /> Health Division is requiring the applicant to obtain the services of a Registered Civil <br /> Engineer to design an adequate septic disposal system(s) for the entire facility. A nitrate <br /> loading study indicating that adequate area is available for this facility based on a proposed <br /> occupancy and use prior to issuance of building permits by a qualified Registered Civil <br /> Engineer is required. A nitrate loading study is required and a review fee of$390.00 shall be <br /> paid at the time of submittal to Environmental Health Division. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of <br /> septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal <br /> system is required. A permit fee of$78.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> B. Submit three (3) sets of food facility plans to the Environmental Health Division for review <br /> and approval prior to issuance of building permit(s) for all food preparation and serving area. <br /> (California Health and Safety Code, Section 113915). <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services <br />
