Other Requirements may also apply. These Requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. This facility has experienced many septic system(s) failures over the years. Environmental <br /> Health Division is requiring the applicant to obtain the services of a Registered Engineer to <br /> design an adequate septic disposal system(s). A nitrate loading study indicating that adequate <br /> area is available for this facility based on a proposed occupancy and use prior to issuance of <br /> building permits by a qualified Registered Engineer is required. A nitrate loading study is <br /> required and a review fee of$390.00 shall be paid at the time of submittal to Environmental <br /> Health Division. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of <br /> septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal <br /> system is required. A permit fee of$78.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> B. Submit three (3) sets of food facility plans to the Environmental Health Division for review <br /> and approval prior to issuance of building permit(s).
