G. 720 sq. ft. saloon (#10). Phase Two <br /> (24)The saloon building that is located within the ghost town historical amusement area is <br /> approved as an indoor parties/meeting area and as a retail store selling packaged foods and <br /> sodas. The hours of operation shall be the same as the amusement area. The applicant <br /> shall obtain permit approval from all applicable departments. Phase Two. <br /> (25)Gazebo Area: The outside 200-person group function gazebo area is to be used for <br /> weddings and other outside events. A six-to-seven-foot-high solid masonry wall shall be <br /> required along the east property line adjacent to the residential area (Development Title <br /> Section 9-1022.4(d). Alternative fencing may be considered, consistent with Section 9- <br /> 1022.6. No live music is permitted in the gazebo area. The hours of operation shall be <br /> 10:a.m. to 10:00 p.m. daily. Noise levels shall be in accordance with Development Title <br /> Section 9-1025.9. The applicant shall obtain permit approval from all applicable departments. <br /> Gazebo area—Outside Area Only (On-going), Gazebo building, Phase Five. <br /> (26)Museum Retail Sales Area: The museum retail sales in the rear of the Palace Showboat <br /> building (1300-square-foot retail sales area (area#2c on map) is approved in conjunction with <br /> the amusement area. The hours of operation shall be the same as the amusement area. <br /> The applicant shall obtain permit approval from all applicable departments. Phase Five. <br /> (27)Amusement Area Retail Sales Expansion: The expansion of retail sales on two amusement <br /> area structures, the addition of 200 square feet for both the J. J. Flash Building (#6), and the <br /> general store building (#5) is approved. The hours of operation shall be the same as the <br /> amusement area. The applicant shall obtain permit approval from all applicable departments. <br /> Phase Five. <br /> c. BUSINESS LICENSE: The applicant or his vendor shall secure an approved Business License <br /> prior to the initiation of the each use. The Business License may be applied for concurrently with <br /> the building permit application. (Section 7-1000 of the County Ordinance Code) <br /> d. STORM DRAINAGE: Any additional storm water drainage created by new improvements shall be <br /> retained on the site. The drainage pattern and corresponding storm drain improvements shall be <br /> shown on the Site Plan. Drainage calculations prepared by a registered civil engineer or architect <br /> shall be included. <br /> e. PARKING: Off-street parking shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) Striping: All parking spaces (included handicapped parking), driveways, directional arrows, <br /> and maneuvering areas shall be delineated with paint. Bumper guards shall be provided <br /> where necessary to protect adjacent structures or properties. (Development Title Section 9- <br /> 1015.5) <br /> (2) Obtain parking agreements from the two adjacent churches for overflow and off-hours <br /> parking. <br /> f. LIGHTING: Lighting shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) If the parking area is to be used at night, parking lot and security lighting shall be installed. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[g]) <br /> (2) Any lighting shall be designed to confine direct rays to the premises. No spillover beyond the <br /> property lines shall be permitted except onto public thoroughfares, provided, however, that <br /> such light shall not cause a hazard to motorists.
