UP-00-8 OF NEIL AND TRACY <br /> POLLARD <br /> The applicants, Neil and Tracy Pollard, have submitted the above referenced Use Permit <br /> Application for Revision of Approved Action to revise the project's phasing schedule. <br /> The project site is located on the east side of State Route 99 East Frontage Road <br /> approximately 2000 feet south of Eight Mile Road, northeast of Stockton. <br /> The applicant's phasing schedule request is attached. <br /> The site is under enforcement proceeding. None of the approved uses that are being <br /> brought into compliance shall be used or occupied until a Certificate of Occupancy has <br /> been issued, unless expressly permitted in writing by the Community Development <br /> Department. <br /> This item is scheduled to be considered by the San Joaquin County Planning <br /> Commission on February 20, 2003. The Community Development Department has <br /> reviewed the Use Permit application and responses from other agencies and will be <br /> recommending that the Planning Commission approve the project subject to the <br /> following recommended Conditions of Approval. <br /> Use Permit Application No. UP-00-08 was approved by the Planning commission on <br /> The effective date of approval is . This approval will expire on , which is 12 months <br /> from the effective date of approval, unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have been <br /> complied with, (2) all necessary building permits have been issued and remain in <br /> force, and (3) all necessary permits from other agencies have been issued and <br /> remain in force. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval and ordinance requirements <br /> shall be fulfilled prior to the establishment of the use and the issuance of any <br /> building permits. Those Conditions followed by a Section Number have been <br /> identified as ordinance requirements pertinent to this application. Ordinance <br /> requirements cannot be modified, and other ordinance requirements may apply. <br />
