UP-00-8 OF NEIL AND TRACY POLLARD The applicants, Neil and Tracy Pollard, have submitted the above referenced Use Permit Application for Revision of Approved Action to revise the project's phasing schedule. The project site is located on the east side of State Route 99 East Frontage Road approximately 2000 feet south of Eight Mile Road, northeast of Stockton. The applicant's phasing schedule request is attached. The site is under enforcement proceeding. None of the approved uses that are being brought into compliance shall be used or occupied until a Certificate of Occupancy has been issued, unless expressly permitted in writing by the Community Development Department. This item is scheduled to be considered by the San Joaquin County Planning Commission on February 20, 2003. The Community Development Department has reviewed the Use Permit application and responses from other agencies and will be recommending that the Planning Commission approve the project subject to the following recommended Conditions of Approval. Use Permit Application No. UP-00-08 was approved by the Planning commission on The effective date of approval is . This approval will expire on , which is 12 months from the effective date of approval, unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have been complied with, (2) all necessary building permits have been issued and remain in force, and (3) all necessary permits from other agencies have been issued and remain in force. Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval and ordinance requirements shall be fulfilled prior to the establishment of the use and the issuance of any building permits. Those Conditions followed by a Section Number have been identified as ordinance requirements pertinent to this application. Ordinance requirements cannot be modified, and other ordinance requirements may apply.
