Alternative fencing <br /> may be considered, consistent with Section 9-1022.6. No live music is <br /> permitted in the gazebo area. J. Flash Building (#6), and the general store building (#5) is approved. The <br /> hours of operation shall be the same as the amusement area. The applicant <br /> shall obtain permit approval from all applicable departments. Phasing: Phase <br /> 3 Five. <br /> c. BUSINESS LICENSE: The applicant or his vendor shall secure an approved <br /> business license prior to the initiation of each use. The business license may be <br /> applied for concurrently with the building permit application. (Section 7-1000 of <br /> the County Ordinance Code) <br /> d. STORM DRAINAGE: Any additional storm water drainage created by new <br /> Improvements shall be retained on the site. The drainage pattern and <br /> corresponding storm drain improvements shall be shown on the Site Plan. <br /> Drainage calculations prepared by a registered civil engineer or architect shall be <br /> included. <br /> e.
