Landowner in performing his/her/its obligations pursuant to <br /> Paragraph 2. <br /> 13. Binding Agreement <br /> This Agreement shall be binding upon the parties hereto and <br /> upon their successors and assigns, including all future owners or <br /> developers of the development, and shall inure to the benefit of said <br /> parties and their successors and assigns. <br /> 14.
