The canopy shown on the site plan over the new cardlock <br /> dispensers is not part of this approval. <br /> 2 . DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS: <br /> a. The frontage improvement for North 99 Frontage Road shall <br /> be constructed in conformance with the standards for one- <br /> half of a 60-foot right-of-way commercial street. <br /> b. Encroachment permit shall be required for work within <br /> road right-of-way. <br /> C. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for <br /> this development. The fee is due and payable at the time <br /> of building permit application. only the demolished <br /> portion on the same parcel can be used for credit against <br /> the new additional portion of building permit is obtained <br /> within two (2) years of last verifiable use.
