The existing disposal field <br /> if used will only be given a 50 percent credit. <br /> Open, pump, and backfill the septic tank, seepage pit or <br /> excavation under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division. <br /> C. The new septic tanks must be located 100 feet from the <br /> existing well. <br /> d. The well must be repaired under permit and inspection by <br /> the Environmental Health Division as follows: The casing <br /> shall extend 12 inches above grade. <br /> e. The proposed car wash must be an enclosed system designed <br /> by a civil engineer and approved by Public Health <br /> Services, Environmental Health Division. If an oil sand <br /> separator is part of this system it must be installed <br /> under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division. <br /> 4 . BUILDING INSPECTION DIVISION: <br /> a. The following Uniform Building Code and San Joaquin <br /> Ordinance requirements will be applicable and shall be <br /> incorporated in the construction plans before submittal <br /> to the Building Inspection Division. <br /> 1. Provide ore-hour occupancy separation between the <br /> Mini-Market and the car wash. <br /> 2 . Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled <br /> access requirements. (C.C.R. , Title 24) <br /> 3 . The floor area of the car wash shall be served by <br /> one or more floor drains which shall drain to an <br /> approved grease and oil separator. The separator <br /> shall have prior approval by the Public Health <br /> Services (Environmental Health Division) before <br /> submission to this Division for permits and meet <br /> all the criteria for hazardous waste generation. <br /> 4 . Provide two exits in the Mini-Market and a 20 foot <br /> separation between fuel pumps and the building or <br /> provide a one-hour occupancy separation between <br /> canopy and the building. <br />
