(4) The parking area shall be landscaped as specified in Section 9-1020.5 of the Development Title. The parking area shall be provided with a minimum of five percent(5%)of landscaping within the perimeter of the parking area, not including landscaping along the street frontage. Six (6) trees shall be planted and evenly spaced throughoutthe parking lot. SCREENING: Screening shall be provided and comply with the following: (1) A solid masonry wall six (6) to seven (7) feet in height shall be erected along the northeastern corner of the property line of the adjacent neighbors to the east. The following note shall be recorded against the property in lieu of constructing the wall at the present time: A. The owners of this property agree to construct a six (6) to seven (7) foot masonry wall if either of the following situations occur: (1)the adjacent property owners to the north request construction of the wall, or (2) if that property is sold and the new owners request construction of the wall If either situation arises, the owners of the landscaping business have the option to remove the trees where the wall would be constructed in order to maintain all usable space of the property.
