The project proponents shall be responsible for <br /> 100 percent of the improvement. <br /> g. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due and <br /> payable at the time of each building permit application. The fee currently is$166.00 per daily trip- <br /> end generated in the Lodi area.
