Hwy 99, Lodi The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have been identified as pertinent to this project. Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be modified. A. State on revised site plans the maximum number of employees and parishioners the sewage disposal system is being designed for. In addition, show on revised plans that the leach field area will be barricaded so it cannot be driven over, parked on, or used as a storage area. This leach field area must be used for that specific purpose only, and it cannot contain any underground utility lines (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.4(c)(5)). In addition, the revised site plan shall incorporate the 100% designed sewage disposal replacement area. Submit revised site plan to the Environmental Health Department for review and approval prior to issuance of building permit(s). Note: The septic system shall be installed within 100-foot radius of the passing percolation test location. The revised site plan indicates the proposed septic system location is outside the 100-foot radius of passing percolation test location. New percolation test(s)that meets absorption rates of the manual of septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal system is required prior to issuance of building permit(s). A permit fee of$ 95.00 per percolation hole is required. B. Construction of individual sewage disposal system(s)under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development based on the Soil Suitability/Nitrate Loading Study findings (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). C. Construct a water well under permit and inspection of the Environmental Health Department prior to occupancy. Should the number of non-resident individuals exceed 24 for at least 60 days per year, or the number of service connections exceed four, a yearly permit to operate a public water system will be required by the Environmental Health Department (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9.). The supplier must possess adequate financial, managerial, and technical capability to assure delivery of pure, wholesome, and potable drinking water in accordance with San Joaquin County Development Title, Sections 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9 and C.C.R., Title 22, and Health and Safety Code, Section 116525 through 116570.
