Hwy 99,Lodi The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have been identified as pertinent to this project. Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be modified. Oil X The Environmental Health Department received a soil suitability/nitrate loading study dated Ib10/0P August 8, 2006. This report must be approved prior to issuance of building permits(s) (San 1I1 Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2(d)). B. State on revised site plans the maximum number of employees and parishioners the sewage D - Ne' disposal system is being designed for. In addition, show on revised plans that the leach field area will be barricaded so it cannot be driven over, parked on, or used as a storage area. In addition, the revised site plan shall incorporate the 100% designed sewage disposal (1� -idc, replacement area. Submit revised site plan to the Environmental Health Department for review and approval prior to issuance of building permit(s). 4J6 - .vim e~1 j Construction of individual sewage disposal system(s)under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development based on the Soil Suitability/Nitrate Loading Study findings (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). J: Construct a water well under permit and inspection of the Environmental Health Department prior to occupancy. Should the number of non-resident individuals exceed 24 for at least 60 days per year,or the number of service connections exceed four, a yearly permit to operate a public water system will be required by the Environmental Health Department(San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9.). The supplier must possess adequate financial, managerial, and technical capability to assure delivery of pure,wholesome, and potable drinking water in accordance with San Joaquin County Development Title, Sections 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9 and C.C.1L,Title 22, and Health and Safety Code, Section 116525 through 116570.
