These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> Oil X The Environmental Health Department received a soil suitability/nitrate loading study dated <br /> Ib10/0P August 8, 2006. This report must be approved prior to issuance of building permits(s) (San <br /> 1I1 Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2(d)). <br /> B. State on revised site plans the maximum number of employees and parishioners the sewage D - Ne' <br /> disposal system is being designed for. In addition, show on revised plans that the leach field <br /> area will be barricaded so it cannot be driven over, parked on, or used as a storage area. This (D roG <br /> leach field area must be used for that specific purpose only, and it cannot contain any <br /> underground utility lines (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.4(c)(5)). <br /> In addition, the revised site plan shall incorporate the 100% designed sewage disposal (1� -idc, <br /> replacement area. Submit revised site plan to the Environmental Health Department for <br /> review and approval prior to issuance of building permit(s). 4J6 - .vim e~1 j <br /> Construction of individual sewage disposal system(s)under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development based on the Soil <br /> Suitability/Nitrate Loading Study findings (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section <br /> 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> J: Construct a water well under permit and inspection of the Environmental Health Department <br /> prior to occupancy. Should the number of non-resident individuals exceed 24 for at least 60 <br /> days per year,or the number of service connections exceed four, a yearly permit to operate a <br /> public water system will be required by the Environmental Health Department(San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Section 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9.). <br /> The supplier must possess adequate financial, managerial, and technical capability to assure <br /> delivery of pure,wholesome, and potable drinking water in accordance with San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Sections 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9 and C.C.1L,Title 22, and Health <br /> and Safety Code, Section 116525 through 116570. <br />
