BEFORE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF SAN JOAQUIN, <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> R-08-693 <br /> RESOLUTION DENYING THE APPEAL BY MORADA AREA ASSOCIATION OF THE <br /> PLANNING COMMISSION'S APPROVAL OF A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR USE PERMIT <br /> NO. PA-0600287 OF HARVEST BIBLE CHURCH <br /> WHEREAS, on October 16, 2008, the San Joaquin County Planning Commission <br /> considered this matter; and <br /> WHEREAS, on December 9, 2008, this Board of Supervisors did conduct a public hearing <br /> on said matter, notice of which hearing was given in accordance with law, and oral and <br /> documentary evidence having been received in favor of or opposed to said matter, and this Board <br /> of Supervisors being advised on the premises; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by this Board of Supervisors that said appeal <br /> be, and it hereby is, denied and a Negative Declaration for Use Permit No. PA-0600287 is <br /> approved. <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of December, 2008, by the following vote of the <br /> Board of Supervisors, to wit: <br /> AYES: RUHSTALLER, ORNELLAS, MOW, VOGEL <br /> NOES: GUTIERREZ <br /> ABSENT: NONE <br /> Ken Vogel <br /> KEN VOGEL, Chairman <br /> Board of Supervisors <br /> County of San Joaquin <br /> State of California <br /> ATTEST: LOIS M.
