An air impact assessment application was filed and <br /> deemed complete by the district on October 22, 2007. The project site is not along a scenic <br /> corridor. Conditions of approval regarding landscaping, including requiring all areas not used <br /> for buildings, parking, driveways, walkways, approved outdoor storage areas, or other permanent <br /> facilities to be landscaped and regarding lighting, including confining direct rays to the premises, <br /> will ensure the project site is aesthetically pleasing.
