The land grades down gently to the southwest. <br /> San Joaquin County Community Development Department, the Site is zoned AG-40. The AG-40 <br /> zone is general agriculture, minimum parcel size 40 acres. This zoning designation "is established to <br /> preserve agricultural lands for the continuation of commercial agriculture enterprises" (www.co.san- <br /> joaquin.ca.us, 2006). <br /> 1.2 Proposed Development <br /> I <br /> + According to John DellaMoaica of DellaMonica & Snyder Architects, the proposed development is <br /> to construct a religious facility which will have seating capacity of up to 1,000 people and will be y� <br /> built in six phases on a 20.43-acre parcel.
