Several permits were found for repairs or additions to the septic system at 11124 North Highway 99 and for the addition and repair of a septic system at the residence at 11130 North Highway 99. We counted the building clusters within one square mile of the Site, and made the assumption that each building cluster has one septic system. Using this method,we determined that there are a minimum of 200 septic systems per square mile in the immediate vicinity of the Site. The general use of the vicinity is split between industrial and surrounding agricultural land with associated residences and farm structures. A dense area of residences appears to the south of the Site in the Morada area. k 3 � � 3
