State Rte. 99 E Frontage Rd., Lodi <br /> The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have <br /> been identified as pertinent to this project. Other Requirements may also apply. <br /> These Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> 1. A soil suitability study indicating that the area is suitable for septic tank <br /> usage must be performed prior to acceptance of the application as <br /> required by Section 9-1105.2(d) of the San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title. A nitrate loading study is required and a review fee <br /> of $390.00 must be paid at time of submittal to Environmental Health <br /> Division. <br /> 2. Construction of individual sewage disposal system(s) under permit and <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Division is required at the time <br /> of development (San Joaquin County Development Title Section 9- <br /> 1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> 3. Submit an improvement plan to the San Joaquin County Planning <br /> Department for approval by the Environmental Health Division showing <br /> sewage and well information as required by the improvement plan <br /> (including a 100% expansion area). <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services <br />
