CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> SA-01-41 <br /> Mathews <br /> Site Approval Application No. SA-01-41 was approved by the San Joaquin County Community <br /> Development Department on August 30, 2001. The effective date of approval is September 9, 2001. <br /> This approval will expire on March 11, 2003, which is 18 months from the effective date of approval, <br /> unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have been complied with, (2) all necessary building permits <br /> have been secured and remain in force, and (3) all necessary permits from other agencies have <br /> been secured and remain in force. <br /> Unless otherwise specified,all Conditions of Approval and Ordinance requirements shall be fulfilled <br /> prior to the establishment of the use and the issuance of any building permits. Those Conditions <br /> followed by a Section Number have been identified as Ordinance requirements pertinent to this <br /> application. Ordinance requirements cannot be modified, and other Ordinance requirements may <br /> apply. <br /> 1 COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT(Staff Contact:Jennifer Jolley,468-3161) <br /> a. BUILDING PERMIT: Submit an "APPLICATION-COMMERCIAL BUILDING PERMIT'. The Site <br /> Plan required as a part of the building permit must be prepared by a registered civil engineer or <br /> licensed architect. This Plan must show drainage,driveway access details(including gates), on-site <br /> parking, landscaping, signs, existing and proposed utility services, and grading (refer to the "SITE <br /> PLAN CHECK LIST" for details). A fee is required for the Site Plan review. (Development Title <br /> Section 9-884) <br /> b. APPROVED USE: This approval is to establish a personal storage establishment as shown on the <br /> Plan dated May 1, 2001. This includes the construction of six (6) separate buildings totaling 91,300 <br /> square feet of storage space. <br /> (1) Building A-2,800 square feet <br /> (2) Building B-6,500 square feet <br /> (3) Building C-4,000 square feet <br /> (4) Building D- 11,000 square feet <br /> (5) Building E- 11,600 square feet <br /> (6) Building F-(2-story building)27,700 square feet per floor <br /> (7) A 1,200-square-foot manager's apartment will also be constructed. (Use Type: Personal <br /> Storage) <br /> c. BUSINESS LICENSE: The applicant shall secure an approved Business License prior to the <br /> initiation of the use. The Business License may be applied for concurrently with the building permit <br /> application. (Section7-1000of the County Ordinance Code) <br /> Conditions of Approval - 1 - SA-01-41 <br />
