April 3,2001 <br /> Job Number:LGOI-074 <br /> Page 2 <br /> The phase 1 staff will include twenty (20)persons attending Monday thru Friday for a <br /> eight(8) hours per day. The Phase 1 student level is three-hundred fifty(350). The phase 2 <br /> student level is an additional three-hundred fifty(350) students. The Phase 2 staff will increase <br /> by twenty(20) persons also attending Monday thru Friday for a eight (8)hours per day. The <br /> total Phase 1 &2 occupancy will be seven-hundred (700) students and forty (40) staff. There <br /> may be up to twenty (20) visitors per day. <br /> III. PRESENT AND PAST USE OF THE SITE <br /> An interview with Mr. Randy Reeves of Diede Construction who is familiar with the <br /> project was conducted to determine the history of the site. Mr. Reeves indicated that the property <br /> was owned by Daniel Lowry for the past 15 to 20 years. The property was used as a <br /> residence/ranch where feed hay was grown on-site. There has been no problems with the well <br /> water or septic system. The property has been recently purchased by Aspire Schools. <br /> IV. SURROUNDING USAGE <br /> The site is bounded by Highway 99 East Frontage Road to the west, residential homes to <br /> the east, orchard to the north, and Cora Post Road to the south. South of Cora Post Road exists a <br /> orchard. The minimum septic system density was counted in a I mile square centered over the <br /> site. The count indicated that about 45 homes or building clusters and a 87 unit mobile home <br /> park exist within one square mile of the site. An 1996 United States Geologic Survey(USGS) <br /> air photo obtained from terraserver(www.terraserver.microsoft.com)was utilized for the survey. <br /> The following interviews were conducted with available persons who live or work near <br /> the subject property and/or have knowledge of septic system and water well performance: <br /> RESmENCE: Salvador Hernandez,owner for 12 years. <br /> LOCATION: 4915 Cora Post Road <br /> — SEPTIC SYSTEM: No known problems.four(4)]each lines,65 feet long each. <br /> WATER WELL: No known problems. <br /> RESIDENCE: Michael Quaschnick,owner for 32 years. <br /> LOCATION: 11584 N.Hwy.99 East Frontage <br /> SEPTIC SYSTEM: No known problems. <br /> WATER WELL: No known problems. <br /> Z <br /> O <br /> 1 S S O C <br /> r <br />
