Construct a water well under permit and inspection of the Environmental Health Division <br /> prior to occupancy. Should the number of non-resident individuals exceed 24 for at least 60 <br /> days per year, or the number of service connections exceed four, a yearly permit to operate a <br /> public water system will be required by the Environmental Health Division(San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Section 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9.). <br /> The supplier must possess adequate financial, managerial, and technical capability to assure <br /> delivery of pure, wholesome, and potable drinking water in accordance with San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Sections 9-1120.2 and—91115.9 and C.C.R., Title 22, and Health <br /> and Safety Code, Section 116525 through 116570. <br /> G. Open, pump, and backfill the septic tank, seepage pit or excavation under permit and - <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Division(San Joaquin County Development Title, <br /> Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> H. Destroy the abandoned well(s) under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division as required (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.5(e)). <br /> I. Demolition of all dilapidated structure(s) and removal of all demolition material from <br /> premises to an approved landfill site are required in accordance with San Joaquin County <br /> Ordinance Code, Section 5-2401. <br /> J. Submission of three (3) sets of food facility plans to the Environmental Health Division for <br /> review and approval prior to issuance of building permit(s) (California Health and Safety <br /> Code, Section 113915). <br />
