(2) All storage materials and related activities, including storage areas for trash, shall be screened <br /> so as not to be visible from adjacent properties and public rights-of-way. Screening shall be six <br /> (6) to seven (7)feet in height. Outside storage is not permitted in front yards, street side yards, or <br /> in front of main buildings. (Development Title Section 1022.4[d][2]) <br /> I. NOISE LEVELS: The following noise regulations apply to this project: <br /> (1) This project shall comply with the performance standards specified in Table 9-1025.9 of the <br /> Development Title. <br /> 2. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS (Staff Contact: Trueman Phillips, 468-3000) <br /> a. An encroachment permit shall be required for work within the road right-of-way. (Development <br /> Title Sections 9-1145.4 and 9-1145.5) <br /> b. The driveway approach shall be improved in accordance with the requirements of San Joaquin <br /> County Standard R-17 prior to issuance of the occupancy permit. (Development Title Section 9- <br /> 1145.5) <br /> c. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due and <br /> payable at the time of building permit application. The fee currently is $174.39 per additional <br /> daily trip-end generated in the Lodi area. The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of each <br /> year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News Record. <br /> (Resolution 00-433) <br /> d. A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to the release of building permits. <br /> e. Verification shall be obtained from the Solid Waste Division (468-3066) that that development has <br /> met the requirements of the Waste Plan Format for Development Projects. The Final Site Plan is <br /> required upon submittal of verification. <br /> 3. ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH DEPARTMENT (Staff Contact: Lisa Medina, 468-3455) <br /> a. NOTE: The commercial mobile office shall be equipped with a sewage holding tank. The <br /> applicant is to provide Environmental Health with a copy of the contract between the applicant <br /> and the licensed and permitted septage pumper company. <br /> 4. SHERIFF'S OFFICE <br /> a.
