(3) Provide parking for the physically disabled. The space shall be located as close <br /> as possible to the primary entrance (C.C.R., Title 24). <br /> A. Provide identification signs for the parking space, including the 'tow <br /> away'sign, at each entrance or visible from each space (C.C.R., Title 24). <br /> B. The slope of a parking space shall not exceed 1/4 inch per foot (C.C.R., <br /> Title 24). <br /> e. LIGHTING: Lighting shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) If the parking area is to be used at night, parking lot and security lighting shall <br /> be installed. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[g]) <br /> (2) Any lighting shall be designed to confine direct rays to the premises. No spillover <br /> beyond the property lines shall be permitted except onto public thoroughfares, <br /> provided, however, that such light shall not cause a hazard to motorists. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[g][4]) <br /> f. BUILDING CODE REQUIREMENTS: The following Uniform Building Code and San <br /> Joaquin County Ordinance requirements will be applicable and shall be incorporated in <br /> the construction plans before submittal to the Building Inspection Division: <br /> (1) Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled access requirements (C.C.R.,Title <br /> 24). <br /> (2) Cold storage occupancy shall be listed as 's-2.' <br /> (Note: The following ordinance is no longer effective: 'The proposed building shall be <br /> provided with an automatic fire sprinkler system or divided into areas less than 6,000 <br /> square feet by area separation walls.') <br /> 2.
