(3) Provide parking for the physically disabled. The space shall be located as close as possible to the primary entrance (C.C.R., Title 24). A. Provide identification signs for the parking space, including the 'tow away'sign, at each entrance or visible from each space (C.C.R., Title 24). B. The slope of a parking space shall not exceed 1/4 inch per foot (C.C.R., Title 24). e. LIGHTING: Lighting shall be provided and comply with the following: (1) If the parking area is to be used at night, parking lot and security lighting shall be installed. No spillover beyond the property lines shall be permitted except onto public thoroughfares, provided, however, that such light shall not cause a hazard to motorists. BUILDING CODE REQUIREMENTS: The following Uniform Building Code and San Joaquin County Ordinance requirements will be applicable and shall be incorporated in the construction plans before submittal to the Building Inspection Division: (1) Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled access requirements (C.C.R.,Title 24). (2) Cold storage occupancy shall be listed as 's-2.'
