(DISTRICT 3). <br /> APPLICANT: George Perry and Sons APN: 197-040-13 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated Flood Hazard <br /> Area. <br /> South 99 Frontage Road has an existing right-of-way width of 47 feet and a planned right-of-way <br /> width of 47 feet. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. Encroachment permit shall be required for work within road right-of-way. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1145.4) <br /> 2. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this development. The fee is due <br /> and payable at the time of building permit application.
