Submit an Improvement Plan showing drainage, driveway <br /> access details, on-site parking, existing and proposed <br /> utility services, and grading. Additional storm <br /> drainage run-off created by new improvements shall be <br /> retained on-site. The drainage pattern and <br /> corresponding storm drain improvements shall be shown <br /> on the Improvement Plan. A plan check fee will be <br /> required. (Development Title Section 9-884) <br /> 3 . All parking spaces, driveways, and maneuvering areas <br /> shall be paved and permanently maintained with base <br /> material and asphalt concrete to provide a durable dust <br /> free surface. Bumper guards shall be provided when <br /> necessary to protect adjacent structures or properties. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1015) <br /> 4 . A total of (6) parking spaces shall be provided and <br /> shown on the Improvement Plan. The size of the parking <br /> spaces shall be consistent with the requirements of <br /> Section 9-1015 . 5 (b) of the Development Title. <br /> 5 . All outdoor trash receptacles shall be contained within <br /> a trash enclosure. The enclosure shall be located on <br /> permanent paving, be designed to accommodate all trash <br /> receptacles, and be constructed on three sides with <br /> solid walls on three sides and gated on the fourth <br /> side.
