SA-93-17 <br /> OF GEORGE PERRY & SONS <br /> ----------------------------------------------------------------- <br /> This is a Site Approval Application for a 6 , 000 square-foot <br /> packing shed. The site is located on the west side of State <br /> Route 99 West Frontage Road, 340 feet north of Brunswick Road, <br /> north of Manteca. <br /> The Development Services Division has reviewed the above- <br /> referenced application and intends to approve it subject to the <br /> following Conditions of Approval. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all the Conditions of Approval shall <br /> be fulfilled prior to the issuance of any building permits and <br /> prior to the initiation of the use. <br /> This approval will expire eighteen (18) months from the effective <br /> date of the approval unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have <br /> been complied with, (2) all necessary building permits have been <br /> secured and remain in force, and (3) all necessary permits from <br /> other agencies have been secured and remain in force. <br /> Those Conditions followed by a Section Number or other Statutory <br /> Requirement are based on Ordinance Requirements. Ordinance <br /> Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> Conditions of Approval: <br /> 1. This approval is for a 6, 000 square-foot packing shed. <br />
