Conditions of Approval -2- SA-93-0017 d. The frontage improvement for South 99 Frontage Road (west) shall be constructed in conformance with the standards for one-half of a 60-foot right-of-way rural collector road. The construction of the frontage improvements will be deferred upon execution by the owner of a Deferred Frontage and Roadway Improvement Agreement or a Secured Deferred Frontage and Roadway Improvement Agreement with a deposit equivalent to their estimated construction costs prior to approval of the Improvement Plan. (A $260. 00 fee currently is required for processing per Development Title Table 9-240. 2 in addition to a copy of the Grant Deed and an estimate for the required frontage improvements. The estimate shall be prepared by a Registered Civil Engineer with a typical section drawing on a form to be supplied by the Public Works Department for approval.
