Conditions of Approval -2- <br /> SA-93-0017 <br /> d. The frontage improvement for South 99 Frontage Road <br /> (west) shall be constructed in conformance with the <br /> standards for one-half of a 60-foot right-of-way rural <br /> collector road. The construction of the frontage <br /> improvements will be deferred upon execution by the <br /> owner of a Deferred Frontage and Roadway Improvement <br /> Agreement or a Secured Deferred Frontage and Roadway <br /> Improvement Agreement with a deposit equivalent to <br /> their estimated construction costs prior to approval of <br /> the Improvement Plan. (A $260. 00 fee currently is <br /> required for processing per Development Title Table <br /> 9-240. 2 in addition to a copy of the Grant Deed and an <br /> estimate for the required frontage improvements. The <br /> estimate shall be prepared by a Registered Civil <br /> Engineer with a typical section drawing on a form to be <br /> supplied by the Public Works Department for approval. <br /> As an option the Department of Public Works will <br /> prepare the drawing and estimate for an additional fee <br /> of $115. 00. ) (Development Title Section 9-1150 . 2) <br /> 3 . PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES: <br /> a. Construct an individual domestic water well for parcel <br /> #197-040-13 under a well permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division at the time of <br /> development. (San Joaquin County Ordinance No. 1862 , <br /> Section 5-4100) <br /> 4. BUILDING DIVISION: <br /> a. The following Uniform Building Code and San Joaquin <br /> County Ordinance requirements will be applicable and <br /> shall be incorporated in the construction plans before <br /> submittal to the Building Inspection Division: <br /> 1. Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled <br /> access requirements (C.C.R. , Title 24) . <br /> b. The Construction Site Plan shall indicate the <br /> following: <br /> 2 . Provide parking for the physically disabled. The <br /> space(s) shall be located as close as possible to <br /> the primary entrance (C. C.R. , Title 24) . <br /> 3 . The slope of a parking space shall not exceed 1/4 <br /> inch per foot (C.C.R. , Title 24) . <br />
