Finding Three: Use Authorized <br /> The Variance will not authorize a use or activity which is not otherwise expressly <br /> authorized by the regulation governing the parcel of property. <br /> Applicant's Statement: "The CF-S zone expressly allows off premise signs to a size of <br /> 672 square feet per side, and an overall height of 45 feet overall upon the issuance of a <br /> conditional use permit which we obtained in 2005." <br /> • This finding can be made because an off-premises sign is a conditionally <br /> permitted use in the C-FS zone subject to an approved Site Approval application. <br /> The Variance application, if approved, would permit an increase in height of an <br /> existing billboard. It would not authorize a new use or activity. <br /> Planning Commission <br /> This item is tentatively scheduled for the Planning Commission meeting on April 15, <br /> 2010.
